first, the games. the games i want to play first are battlefield 4 and forza 5. one i can only get on xbox.
two, very few of sony's current exclusives do much for me and to that extent, other than forza and halo, neither do MS's. most of my gaming comes from third party so exclusives are meh to me.

a massive sale like that, maybe 2 days only or something isnt a half bad idea. increase user base significantly, perhaps gain more sales through word of mouth, perhaps even gain more 3rd party support as it wont be so risky for devs with the increased install base

gta4 on the other hand was a step back from san andreas in almost every way so that is for sure, gta4 was just prettier. skyrim was also a step back in the franchise as oblivion and morrowind were way better just not as pretty just like gta4.
